QC LGU partners with Load Up to supports its students and teachers

With the shift to blended learning, access to learning remains a struggle for some students and teachers. But as this new modality of learning continues to be part of the new normal for academic communities, it is important for schools to keep education uninterrupted despite the restrictions of the pandemic.

The Quezon City government granted the bid to Globe to support education in the new normal by providing 176,000 data sim cards, which can be activated through the Load Up platform that can automatically send prepaid credits to students and teachers so they could keep in touch with each other and take part in online lectures and class activities, eliminating the health and safety hazards of going outside of their homes to reload. Through Load Up, schools can quickly and securely disburse prepaid credits to faculty and students so that they can continuously access learning modules, tools and apps while at home, letting them save time and effort and keeping them safe at home.

Load Up is a secure and centralized web-based platform that can automatically distribute internet prepaid credits to thousands of recipients simultaneously through their mobile devices in simple steps. It allows the scheduling of load credits and tracking of load spending and transactions. Loading activated Load Up accounts for schools is simple and easy with these steps:

Step 1: Reload your Load Up account

Step 2: Create a campaign.

Step 3: Create your load recipient list.

Step 4: Select a mySchool promo.

Step 5. Confirm or schedule the reload.

If you’re looking for an effective method to manage connectivity for your students and staff, you, too, can take advantage of Load Up. Learn more about Load Up today.
